Description
The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to replace and repair the sewage lift station parts and components at the United States Coast Guard Station Annapolis. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price task order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 04/14/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email address listed above, no later than NOON Eastern Time on 04/10/12026. No oral questions will be accepted.
All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 04/08/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Station Annapolis located at 3425 Thomas Point Rd, Annapolis, MD 21403. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
