Description
The City of Palm Springs is seeking a qualified consultant to provide on-call professional services for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program administration, facility inspection services, training, and outreach in support of the Engineering Department. The contract has an initial term of three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms. The total contract value is not to exceed $2,500,000, including optional extensions. Proposals are due by April 23, 2026, and the contract award is expected by June 10, 2026.
