Description

The City of Georgetown is soliciting sealed proposals for the procurement of a full membrane package for the Membrane Bioreactor processes at the new Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and Northlands WRF. The scope includes furnishing membrane system equipment at a guaranteed price, providing delegated design services to develop shop drawings, coordinating with the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) contractor during construction and startup, and conducting membrane system integration, startup, and testing services. Proposals are due by April 9, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually on March 19, 2026.
