Description
The City of Menifee is seeking consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications for prequalification to provide on-call services including general planning and building plan review, CEQA preparation, landscape review, permit technician, and inspection services. These services will support the Planning and Building & Safety Divisions under the Community Development Department. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed amount of work, and projects may require competitive proposals from the prequalified short list.
