This solicitation is an invitation for electronic bids to establish a firm price agreement for the offsite repair of electrical and electronic devices for the City of Dayton, Ohio. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with an option to renew for three additional 12-month periods through April 30, 2030. Bidders must submit electronic bids by April 21, 2026, and include all shipping costs to the point of delivery. The City reserves the right to accept part or all of a bid and to reject any or all bids.
