Description

The Town of Shannon is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for a sewer infrastructure project. The project may be funded by HUD - Community Development Block Grant, Appalachian Regional Commission, State Revolving Loan Fund, or other state and federal agencies. The scope includes preparing preliminary cost estimates and engineering reports, plans and specifications, bid document distribution, bid assistance, contract execution support, preconstruction conference, and construction inspection.
