Description

The City of Palm Springs is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide on-call architectural services for maintaining, rehabilitating, modernizing, and expanding its public facilities. The contract is an on-call agreement with an estimated maximum value of $5 million over up to 5 years. Firms must have at least 15 years of experience in architectural services for public works and have completed three projects of at least $250,000 each in the last five years. The contract excludes projects funded by Federal or State grants as applicable.
