College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is soliciting qualification statements from qualified Design-Build Firms for design and construction/installation services related to district-wide HVAC systems and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The contract will be awarded pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2269, Subchapter G. The RFQ outlines the scope of work and requirements for firms interested in providing design-build services for the 2021 and 2023 bond projects.
