The City of San Leandro is seeking qualified consulting firms to develop final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the Bancroft Avenue and Williams Street Crosstown Corridors Project. - Government Buyer: - City of San Leandro, Purchasing Office, San Leandro City Hall - Scope of Work: - Preparation of 100% bid-ready PS&E packages for multimodal corridor improvements - Design of two-way Class IV bike lanes, signage, striping, landscaping, street lighting, traffic signal modifications, pedestrian crossing and sidewalk improvements, and at-grade railroad crossing modifications - Project management, stakeholder and utility coordination (including City of Oakland, Caltrans District 4, AC Transit, Union Pacific Railroad, San Leandro Unified School District, utility companies, and property owners) - Quality assurance/quality control and support during advertising and award - Unique Requirements: - All deliverables must comply with City and Caltrans standards - All plan sheets must be sealed by a California licensed professional - Phased PS&E development (35%, 65%, 95%, 100%) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Bancroft Avenue (East 14th Street to Durant Avenue) and Williams Street (San Leandro Boulevard to Neptune Drive), San Leandro, CA
