Description

The City of Pomona is seeking qualified professional consultants to implement the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Plan (CIMP) and Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group, which includes the cities of Claremont, La Verne, Pomona, and San Dimas. The project aims to meet the requirements of the 2021 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit (MS4 Permit) and future permits. The consultant will collaborate with participating agencies and utilize prior reports and studies to achieve project objectives. The contract is expected to be for three years with two one-year extensions, starting July 1, 2026, and not exceeding five years in total.
