Description

The Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) is soliciting proposals from professional services firms to update the 2021 award-winning Facilities Master Plan (FMP) and Facility Condition Index (FCI). The project includes updating the FMP to be Proposition 2 compliant, revising the Facilities Condition Assessment, and developing Districtwide Educational Specifications as an add alternate.
