CMS is extending its contract for the Analysis, Reporting & Tracking System (CMS ARTS) through a limited-sources justification: - The CMS ARTS system tracks contractor business proposals, cost reports, deliverables, and workload information for CMS and its contractors (MACs, PSCs, ZPICs) - The contract extension is a sole source follow-on with Softrams LLC (now part of Tria Federal) - The extension covers a 2-month period from March 24, 2026, to May 23, 2026, valued at approximately $100,000 - Services include continued operations and maintenance support, as well as structured transition-out activities (knowledge transfer, training, documentation turnover, systems access coordination, and operational continuity) - No specific OEMs, hardware, or software products are listed; the procurement is for system support services - The place of performance is primarily CMS headquarters in Windsor Mill, Maryland, with the contracting office at 7500 Security Blvd, Baltimore, MD - The justification restricts competition, citing the need for continuity and transition support
