The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Crack Sealing and Seal Coating, Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF:
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for preparing, crack sealing, and applying two (2) coats of Polymer-Modified Asphalt Emulsion sealant to the dam access road, four (4) parking areas and a walkway at Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH. All work shall be completed in accordance with New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) standards and with the following Statement of Work.

The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 13, 2026.
