The FBI Threat Screening Center (TSC) is seeking industry input on advanced AI-enabled solutions to enhance its national security threat screening operations. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Threat Screening Center (TSC) - Managed by the Finance and Facilities Division, Procurement Section, FBI-JEH office, Washington, DC - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the RFI is open to all qualified industry providers - Products/Services Requested: - AI-enabled knowledge base for SOPs, directives, and governance documents - Federated search and reporting across multiple data repositories with summarization and source attribution - Identifier-driven automated reporting with citation retention - Natural language query and dataset synthesis with source transparency - Predictive modeling using enriched data with traceable lineage - Dynamic data visualization (charts, dashboards, geospatial displays) with natural language query and explicit data sourcing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Solutions must support natural language queries, provide explicit citations, and maintain evidentiary integrity - Emphasis on traceability, ethical compliance, and analytic defensibility - No data consolidation; federated search and reporting across disparate systems - Capability statements, indicative pricing, and information on GSA schedules or authorized resellers requested - This is an RFI (information gathering phase), not a solicitation for award

Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Threat Screening Center (TSC) has a critical national security mission to consolidate the United States (U.S.) Government’s approach to terrorism and national security threat screening. To help carry out its mission, the TSC requires enhanced technical solutions that will assist its operational staff by providing automation of time-intensive, repeatable manual tasks entailing large volumes of data across multiple domains. This would be considered a commercially acquired effort. Moreover, automation enhancement is needed for systematic tasks such as gap analysis/enhancement of TSC’s workflow involving querying external systems for data enrichment / enhancement.
