Pre-solicitation notice / synopsis to provide notification of a an upcoming solicitation to supply ~5,000 CY of gravel, ~200,000 SF of geotextile fabric, and ~2,000 LF of silt fencing to Cristobal Colon, Panama. Supply deliveries to begin 18 May 2026. 

Solicitation is expected to be issued on / around 03 April 2026 through posting at www.sam.gov. Simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13 / RFO Part 12 are applicable. There will be no change to the acquisition strategy / no set-asides.
