Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks a qualified consultant or firm to provide income verification and compliance monitoring services for the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation. The services will support administration of housing programs such as the New York State Vacant Rental Program (VRP) and Mobile and Manufactured Home Replacement Program (MMHR), as well as future similar programs. The selected consultant will conduct income eligibility verifications and ongoing compliance monitoring, working directly with program participants and reporting to the Land Bank, which acts as the Local Program Administrator for VRP and a subrecipient under MMHR. The contract term is three years with options to renew annually.
