Description

SUNY Fredonia is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for design services for the Replace Roofs – Williams Center Project. The project scope includes removal of the existing EPDM roofing system with asbestos abatement if required, installation of tapered insulation, roof drain, and a new modified bitumen roofing system, as well as concrete repair and waterproofing. A site visit is scheduled for April 13, 2026, and RFQ documents are available electronically upon request. The estimated construction budget including contingency is $1,100,000.
