Description

SUNY Fredonia is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for design services to replace roofs at Mason Hall and Mason Hall Addition. The project scope includes removal of existing EPDM roofing systems down to the deck and installation of new roofing, preferably modified bitumen, along with roof drains, flashing, and fall protection. The project also considers two inner white roofs as add alternates. A site visit is scheduled for April 13, 2026, and RFQ documents are available electronically upon request.
