The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price purchase order for 3,000 gallons of new SAE 40 Engine Lubricating Oil for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hopper Dredge McFarland.BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Quotations will be evaluated on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys needs), price, and past performance. Please submit your quote demonstrating that you meet the requirements listed in the statement of work. A price realism analysis may be conducted by the government to determine if an offerors proposed costs are realistic (too low). The agency will review prices to determine whether they are so low that they reflect a lack of technical understanding for the work to be performed. Offers received that are determined too low may be rejected. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 1400 EDT on 8 April 2026 as follows: The Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below. The Offerors quote shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILIE, REGULAR MAIL, HANDCARRIED, ETC.,) WILL BE ACCEPTED. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Specific information pertaining to this procurement is available in the Solicitation. The Solicitation documents are posted on the SAM.gov website.
