The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking offers for maintenance and repair services of Medium Support Vehicle System (MSVS) Militarized Commercial off the Shelf (MILCOTS) vehicles, specifically Navistar Internationals 7400 (SFA 6x6) and International WorkStar models from 2009. The contract includes all labor, parts, and equipment necessary for diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment at Canadian Forces Base Borden. The procurement is divided into two streams: one open to all suppliers and another under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, with separate evaluations and standing offers awarded to the lowest priced offers in each stream.
