Description

The Regional Contracting Office at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to announce its intent to release a competitive solicitation for Staging Support services. The required services will be performed at the Miesau Army Depot, Germany, under a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a formal request for proposals.

The resulting contract will include a one (1) twelve-month base year, followed by two (2) twelve-month option periods, which may be exercised at the government's discretion. The anticipated start date for performance under this contract is on or about May 11, 2026.

A formal solicitation is expected to be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.SAM.gov. The attached Draft Performance Work Statement is provided for preliminary planning and is subject to change before the final solicitation is released. All responses and expressions of interest from potential offerors must be submitted by 10:00 AM Central European Time on April 10, 2026.
