Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research. PHNSY & IMF is seeking capability of a qualified contractor for the VA-Class Diesel Engine wire harness replacement (Mfr: Caterpillar model 3512B).

Please provide a capability statement indicating your ability to accomplish the statement of work, supported by evidence such as past performance, certifications, etc.
