Description

This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, J.Dennis Neal: james.neal@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 - $3,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: SACRAMENTO DEEPWATER SHIP CHANNEL (DWSC) DREDGING FY26

PROJECT LOCATION: SACRAMENTO and YOLO COUNTIES, CA

The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Sacramento DWSC to -30-ft

(MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth. All dredge material is suitable for the

upland beneficial reuse sites listed in Specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING

SCHEDULE AND requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK.

Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished

sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse site.

This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about 30 April, 2026 for viewing/downloading. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 2 June 2026 at 2:00 PM PST. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format.
