The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area, is seeking contractor-provided physician services for the Internal Medicine Department at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Indian Health Service - Gallup Indian Medical Center Acquisition Department - Services Requested: - General Internist Outpatient Physician Services - 2 full-time physicians per period - Estimated 540 hours per physician per period - Infectious Disease Physician Services - 1 full-time physician per period (1040 hours) - 1 part-time physician per period (156 hours) - Both outpatient and inpatient care for adult patients - Includes management of HIV, tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases - Contract Structure: - Base period plus three six-month option periods - Total potential duration: up to 2 years and 6 months - Estimated contract value: $16 million - Set aside for 100% Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Key Requirements: - Physicians must be board certified (internal medicine or infectious disease as appropriate) - Minimum 36 months of experience (12 months in specialty) - Current BLS certification - Compliance with HIPAA, IHS policies, and cultural awareness standards - Medical liability insurance required - Use of IHS IT systems and adherence to quality assurance standards - Place of Performance: - Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico - Multiple facility addresses provided for specificity - **No OEMs or specific vendors are named; this is a professional services procurement.

Description

Contractor shall provide General Internist Outpatient and Infectious Disease Physician Services IAW Attachment A & B - Performance Work Statement to the Internal Medicine Department at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico 87301.
