Description
1. The attached request for quotation (RFQ) is intended to result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for the supply identified below:

OPTION QUANTITY: Up to 100%

FIRST ARTICLE TEST REPORT: Required
2. There is a technical data package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code "C", which limits access to Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. DOD contractors. Please refer to Section C for additional information.
3. Military preservation, packing and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1 and special packaging instruction (SPI) contained in the TDP.
4. The RFQ contains provisions and clauses that require you, the offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such items. Otherwise, your offer may be deemed ineligible for award.
5. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD: Please submit one signed copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A, no later than Friday, 24-Apr-2026 at 12:00 p.m. local time - Warren, MI. All offers submitted in response to the RFQ shall be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days following the offer due date.
