The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), part of the Department of Defense, is seeking industry input for a major follow-on contract for Security Support and Counterintelligence Services across multiple domestic and international locations. - Government Buyer: - Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Department of Defense - Primary location: Fort Belvoir, VA (National Capital Region) - Scope of Services: - Security Support Services: - Program management, Special Security Office (SSO) operations, Special Access Program (SAP) security, Foreign Disclosure, Personnel Security, Antiterrorism/Force Protection, Information Security, Industrial Security, Operations Security, Physical Security/Locksmith, Escort, Access Control, Insider Threat, Science & Technology Protection, and general security specialist roles - Physical and personnel security, access control, badge processing, and security guard services - Specialized support such as locksmith, janitorial, and escort services for classified areas - Counterintelligence Services: - Insider threat support, all-source intelligence analysis, cyberspace support, technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), collection management, operations support, and onsite leadership - Use of CI cyber tools (e.g., Splunk, Magnet AXIOM), digital forensics, and supply chain risk management - Key Requirements: - Personnel must hold security clearances ranging from SECRET to TOP SECRET//SCI - Specialized certifications required (e.g., DoD 8140, PMP, TSCM Certification) - Experience in federal and DoD environments is emphasized - Travel up to 25%, including OCONUS and short-notice assignments - Support for 52 weeks per year, with core hours and after-hours support as needed - Current Contracts & Transition: - Existing contracts with Akima Data Management, LLC (Security Support) and D7, LLC (Counterintelligence) expire in early 2027 - DTRA is considering consolidating these services into a single contract or keeping them separate - The new contract(s) will be Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, with one base year and four option years - Locations: - Primary: Fort Belvoir, VA (DTRA HQ) - Additional: Kirtland AFB (NM), Travis AFB (CA), Kleber Kaserne (Germany), National Capital Region, and Albuquerque, NM - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified; this is a services-focused opportunity
