(this is NOT a solicitation) This is a notice of intent to award a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Service – Region 9 Roads Blanket Purchase Agreements for Zone 14 in the Superior National Forest. (Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible for this call order.)
