Description

The U.S. Government is seeking capable and responsible sources to provide non-personal services for pressure washing and, when required, sandblasting of various external facilities and structures. The primary objective of these services is to clean and extend the life of facility surfaces by removing embedded oils, gum, dirt, paint, graffiti, and other soils.

Scope of Services

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and supervision to perform the required services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the cleaning of vertical buildings and structures such as headquarters buildings, Child Development Centers (CDCs), administrative facilities, barracks, bridges, and stationary tanks.

Locations

Services will be performed at Fort Bragg, Pope Army Airfield, Camp MacKall, Simmons Army Airfield, and the Linden Oaks Subdivision in North Carolina.
