The U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), is seeking qualified small business contractors to provide pressure washing and sandblasting services for external facilities across multiple military sites in North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Pressure washing services for external surfaces of buildings, bridges, tanks, and other structures - Includes removal of oils, gum, dirt, paint, graffiti, and other soils - Hot and cold applications with operating pressure range up to 1,000 - 3,500 psi - Sandblasting services for extreme cases (with prior approval) - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and supervision - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 12-month option years, plus a possible 180-day extension - Contractor must comply with all safety, environmental, and security regulations - Key personnel and quality control plans are required - Response to demand maintenance orders (DMOs) with specified priority response times - Contractor responsible for damage restoration and emergency response - Places of Performance: - Fort Bragg, Pope Army Airfield, Camp MacKall, Simmons Army Airfield, and Linden Oaks Subdivision, North Carolina - Work performed during normal government working hours, excluding federal holidays

Description

The U.S. Government is seeking capable and responsible sources to provide non-personal services for pressure washing and, when required, sandblasting of various external facilities and structures. The primary objective of these services is to clean and extend the life of facility surfaces by removing embedded oils, gum, dirt, paint, graffiti, and other soils.

Scope of Services

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and supervision to perform the required services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the cleaning of vertical buildings and structures such as headquarters buildings, Child Development Centers (CDCs), administrative facilities, barracks, bridges, and stationary tanks.

Locations

Services will be performed at Fort Bragg, Pope Army Airfield, Camp MacKall, Simmons Army Airfield, and the Linden Oaks Subdivision in North Carolina.
