This procurement seeks a TBM Avenger aircraft for static display at the Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Offutt Air Force Base, 55th Contracting Squadron (FA4600 55 CONS PKP) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; any owner/operator of a TBM Avenger may respond - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) TBM Avenger aircraft for static display - Aircraft display and demonstration services, including personnel, equipment, and compliance with FAA and Air Force guidelines - Government will provide up to 275 gallons of 100LL aviation fuel, 5 gallons of 120W aviation oil, three non-smoking hotel rooms, ground transportation, and meals for performers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Aircraft must be available for static display for the duration of the air show - Performers must provide media materials and comply with insurance and permit requirements - Arrival and departure must adhere to specified timeframes - All operations must comply with FAA and Air Force safety regulations

Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to acquire a TBM Avenger aircraft for static display at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The show will be held at Offutt AFB, Nebraska on August 8 and August 9, 2026. Additional details can be found in the attached Statement of Work.
