Basis for Award

The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quote is technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made without evaluating other quotes.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to the solicitation. All interested and responsible small businesses may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Please download the attached solicitation documents for full details and instructions.
