The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Trellisware Technologies Inc. (Trellisware). The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed below: Software and Test Support, Qty: 1, and ODC Travel, Qty: 1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote nor a request for information. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 ?
