The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Unaccompanied Alien Children Bureau (UACB), is seeking information from qualified providers for secure care and heightened supervision facility (HSF) beds for unaccompanied alien children (UAC). - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Administration for Children and Families (ACF) - Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Unaccompanied Alien Children Bureau (UACB) - Services Requested: - 30 state-licensed and nationally accredited secure care residential beds - 20 state-licensed and nationally accredited heightened supervision facility (HSF) residential beds - Facilities must provide comprehensive care and meet federal, state, and local regulations, including required staffing ratios - Providers must be ready to admit children within 120 days of contract award - Unique Requirements: - Facilities must be located within the contiguous United States - Providers must hold both state licensing and national accreditation for secure and HSF residential care - Emphasis on readiness, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive service provision - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a sources sought for service providers - Period of performance includes a 12-month base period with four optional 12-month extension periods - Place of performance is the contiguous United States

The government is seeking industry information on the availability of existing state-licensed and nationally accredited secure care and HSF residential care providers for unaccompanied alien children (UAC) minors located within the contiguous United States, with capacity to provide residential care for 30 secure and 20 HSF placements.
