N66001-26-Q-6100 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to 6 Axis, LLC This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.101. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to 6 Axis, LLC, Entity ID XLNYYYJU21W5, CAGE Code 820M8, of 16075 Hopewell RD Alpharetta, Georgia 30004-2812, United States. The requirement is for the procurement of the following Power Refresh Package: Manufacturer: 6 Axis, LLC Description: Vigilance Localization Power Refresh Package 26Quantity: 4 each The Government intends to negotiate solely with 6 Axis, LLC under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 12.102. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510 ? Hardware Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.
