The U.S. Air Force at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive rental services for tents, tables, chairs, fencing, and related event equipment to support the Gunfighter Skies 2026 Open House airshow event. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 366th Fighter Wing, 366 CONS/PKA, Mountain Home Air Force Base - Products and Quantities Requested: - Large Keder Canopy Tents: - 1 x 40' x 80' Keder Canopy - 1 x 40' x 40' Keder Canopy (plus option for 1 additional) - Standard Canopy Tents: - 7 x 10' x 20' Standard Canopies - 7 x 10' x 10' Standard Canopies - Concrete Blocks for Tent Securing: - 70 x 20 x 20 x 12 blocks - 20 x 40 x 24 x 30 blocks - Straps: - 98 x 1' x 15' straps - 20 x 2' x 12' straps - Fire Safety Package for Tents: 1 - Tent Sidewalls (8' x 20'): 14 - Fencing and Barricades: - 28 x White Picket Fencing (7' x 32") - 325 x Steel Barricade/Bike Fencing (8' x 42") - 1400' x 4' Snow Fencing - Tables: - 50 x Round Tables (5') - 12 x Rectangle Tables (8' x 30") (option to increase by 8) - 75 x Rectangle Tables (10' x 30") - Option to increase round tables by 10 - White Folding Chairs: 550 (option to increase by 500) - Services Required: - Delivery and setup of all equipment by noon on event day - Onsite technician support during event hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) - Teardown and removal of all equipment after event - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to quality, safety, and security standards - Maximum two-hour response time for onsite support - All work must be completed within a tightly defined event window - 100% small business set-aside - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; generic event rental equipment is specified - Options: - Ability to increase quantities of canopies, tables, and chairs as needed - Place of Performance: - Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho
