The U.S. Air Force at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, is seeking a contractor to provide rental, delivery, setup, onsite support, and teardown of tents, tables, chairs, fencing, and related equipment for the Gunfighter Skies 2026 Open House event. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 366th Fighter Wing, 366 CONS PKP office at Mountain Home Air Force Base - Products and Quantities Requested: - Large Keder Canopy Tents: 1 (40' x 80'), 1 (40' x 40'), with option for 1 additional 40' x 40' - Standard Canopy Tents: 7 (10' x 20'), 7 (10' x 10') - Concrete Blocks: 70 (20 x 20 x 12), 20 (40 x 24 x 30) - Straps: 98 (1 x 15'), 20 (2 x 12') - Fire Safety Package: 1 - Tent Sidewalls: 14 (8 x 20) - White Picket Fencing: 28 (7 x 32") - Steel Barricade/Bike Fencing: 325 (8' x 42") - Snow Fencing: 1400 feet (4' tall) - Round Tables: 50 (5'), with option for 10 more - Rectangle Tables: 12 (8' x 30"), 75 (10' x 30"), with option for 8 more (8' x 30") - White Folding Chairs: 550, with option for 500 more - Services Required: - Delivery and setup by noon on event day - Onsite technician support during event hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) - Teardown after event and complete removal by 8:00 am the following day - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, transportation, and onsite support - Strict adherence to quality, safety, and security standards - Small business set-aside - Options to increase quantities for key items - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; open to qualified suppliers of event rental equipment
