This opportunity seeks commercial vendors to provide coveralls and comprehensive laundering services for the 75th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 75th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) - Office: Resource Advisor - Products and Services Requested: - Supply of approximately 748 pant/shirt coverall combinations for 68 mechanics - Coveralls must include: - 65% polyester/35% cotton blend for most mechanics - 100% anti-static materials for refueling maintenance personnel - Dickies Mens Cargo Pant or equivalent - Motorsports style shirts with stain release finish - Weekly pickup of soiled coveralls and delivery of clean coveralls to Buildings 1243 and 911 at Hill AFB - Laundry, dry cleaning, minor and reimbursable repairs, packaging, and quality control - Service must ensure daily availability of clean coveralls for all mechanics - Notable Requirements: - Adherence to customary commercial practices and the statement of work - Compliance with sanitation, timely service, and quality control standards - Payment via electronic funds transfer and invoicing through WAWF - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) structure with up to six years of performance, including a 6-month extension - Awards based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated, but Dickies is referenced as an equivalent standard - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (Buildings 1243 and 911)

Description

The contractor shall provide coveralls and all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform laundry and/or dry cleaning service for the Vehicle Management Flight at Hill Air Force Base, Utah in accordance with customary commercial practices and this statement of work. Coveralls will be defined in this PWS as a 2-piece pant/shirt combination (short & long sleeves). The contractor is responsible for pickup of soiled coveralls and delivery of clean coveralls.  The contractor shall provide clean coveralls for mechanics to the address below on a weekly basis.  All dirty coveralls shall be picked up for laundering on a weekly basis.  All mechanics must have clean coveralls daily.  Billing for coveralls will be based on 4-5 coverall changes per week/per mechanic.
