Description

The United States Army Combat Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC), Additive Design Manufacturing (ADM) Branch request a commercial software subscription renewal of SolidWorks for a five (5) year period, composed of one (1) base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) call order under the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative Blanket Purchase Agreement (DoD ESI BPA).  As implemented in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one responsible source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
