This opportunity involves flooring repairs and replacement at Buildings RR631, RR633, and RR635 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic and ROICC Camp Lejeune. - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic - ROICC Camp Lejeune, U.S. Navy - Scope of Work: - Removal of existing LVP flooring - Floor sealing with Ardex or comparable sealant - Installation of Tarkett Provence 2131 LVT flooring or equivalent - Installation of Johnsonite Medium Gray wall base or equivalent - Replacement of thresholds and vinyl wall base as needed - Site cleaning, debris removal, and proper disposal - Compliance with Davis-Bacon wage determinations and Buy American requirements - 5-year workmanship warranty and 25-year limited warranty against surface wear and defects - Products and Materials: - Tarkett Provence 2131 LVT (6x48 Luxury Vinyl Tile, or comparable) - Ardex Floor Sealer (or comparable) - Johnsonite Medium Gray Wall Base (or comparable) - Vinyl tapered mouldings, adhesives, surface preparation materials, polish/finish, caulking, and sealants as specified - Technical Requirements: - LVT must meet ASTM F925, F970, D2047, E648, E662, and F1914 standards - Minimum wear layer thickness: 0.030 inch (30 mil); overall thickness: 0.12 inch (3.05 mm) - Static load limit, slip resistance, flammability, smoke density, and indentation standards - Mouldings and accessories per manufacturer recommendations - All adhesives and finishes must comply with local indoor air quality standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only four pre-approved M&R MACC contractors may submit proposals - Project is set aside for SBA participants - Detailed submittal requirements (e.g., safety plans, environmental protection, quality control) - Estimated Contract Value: - $500,000 to $1,000,000 - Place of Performance: - Camp Lejeune, North Carolina (Buildings RR631, RR633, RR635, Everett Creek Road) - Period of Performance: - 120 days after contract award
