The Veterans Benefits Administration at the Phoenix VA Regional Benefit Office, located at 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012, has identified a need for ongoing maintenance services for its two AutoClear security x-ray machines.

The acquisition of commercial maintenance services for the AutoClear security x-ray machines at the Phoenix VA Regional Benefit Office is being conducted as a restricted competition in accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 1901, as outlined in RFO FAR 12.102(a) Restricting Competition. This approach ensures compliance with federal procurement regulations while addressing the specific maintenance needs of the facility s security equipment. AutoClear has been identified as the exclusive maintenance provider capable of retaining the existing warranty for the security x-ray machines.
