El Paso Water Utilities is seeking competitive proposals for the replacement of in-line flow meters at its water treatment plants. - Buyer: El Paso Water Utilities, Purchasing & Contracts office - Scope includes: - Procurement and installation of in-line flow meters, gate valves, flange adapters, and ductile iron pipe and fittings - All ductile iron pipe and fittings must have Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) lining - Working pressure for valves and adapters specified at 150 psi (250 psi also acceptable) - OEMs and Vendors: - M&H, Mueller, EBAA (approved for valves, adapters, and fittings) - Toshiba Corporation (specifically not approved as a flow meter manufacturer for this project) - Technical specifications and drawings are provided to registered suppliers - No site visits will be scheduled; all plans are available online to registered suppliers - Estimated contract value: $1.3 million to $1.6 million - Opportunity is open to all qualified vendors
