The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is seeking a vendor to provide pharmacy consulting services to residents and staff across all eight Minnesota Veterans Homes located in Minneapolis, Hastings, Luverne, Fergus Falls, Silver Bay, Montevideo, Preston, and Bemidji. The goal is to have a single vendor provide these services statewide. The scope includes initial on-site visits, drug regimen reviews, reporting, policy review, compliance evaluations, committee participation, clinical assessments, and additional pharmacy-related projects as requested.
