This opportunity seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive administrative and technical services for Indiana's Healthy Families Indiana (HFI) and Community Partners for Child Safety (CPCS) programs. - Government Buyer: - Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), through the Indiana Department of Administration, Procurement Division - Services Requested: - Maintenance and Operations (M&O) of a Salesforce-based application for HFI and CPCS - Includes technical/functional support, defect resolution, system monitoring, application administration, data quality assurance, access management, help desk, incident management, documentation, and security management - System Enhancement Services - Up to 5 DCS-approved enhancements per year, following SDLC and change management standards - Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Services - Requirements gathering, configuration documentation, testing, defect management, and production readiness - Claims Generation and Data Exchange Services - Support for claims submission, verification, reporting, and data exchange with other state agencies - Program Reporting and Evaluation Support - Evaluation plans, reporting, surveys, continuous quality improvement, and ad hoc data analysis - Training Services - Scheduled trainings for HFI, CPCS, and DCS staff (virtual and in-person) - Technical Assistance (TA) Services - Responsive TA for HFI providers, web-based meetings, FAQs - Event Planning Services - Planning and management of four annual Institute for Strengthening Families Conferences - Quality Assurance (QA) Services - Annual QA site visits, compliance monitoring, reporting, and strategy consultation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Indiana Office of Technology security standards - Certified staff required for training and QA - Data protection: encryption at rest and in transit, strict confidentiality, and data ownership retained by the State - Payment contingent on meeting KPIs - Initial contract term of two years, with options for two additional two-year renewals (up to six years total) - No specific OEMs or hardware/software products are requested; services are focused on Salesforce application support and program administration.
