The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake, requires the supply and delivery of liquid Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen (ABO) and liquid nitrogen (LN2). The contract includes provision, installation, operation, and management of contractor-owned on-site storage tanks for liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, including all associated systems. The solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners. An optional site visit is scheduled for April 22, 2026, with attendance confirmation required by April 6, 2026.
