Description
The University of Waterloo is soliciting proposals for two identical Electron-Multiplying Charge-Coupled Device (EMCCD) Cameras to support collaborative cathodoluminescence measurements within two separate scanning electron microscopes. One camera will be integrated into a custom-built CL-SEM platform at the University of Waterloo, and the other into a high-resolution SEM at the National Research Council in Edmonton. These systems will enable advanced characterization of low-luminescence and low-dimensional semiconductors. The procurement is a one-time purchase with delivery by June 30, 2026.
