Description

Alameda County Health (ACH) is seeking financial consulting services to identify and implement payment reform and value-based purchasing opportunities for ACH and its community partners. The scope includes payment transformation for Specialty Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services, as well as support for California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) implementation. The contract term is approximately 35 months from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with options to renew for two additional years. The initial 11-month contract amount shall not exceed $326,333, with a total 35-month contract value not exceeding $1,038,333. Bidders must submit proposals by April 27, 2026.
