Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is soliciting bids for mechanical room piping modifications in the Student Center. The project scope includes removal of an existing chilled water flow meter, installation of a new inline flow meter, addition of a combination air dirt separator, and related piping modifications. A pre-bid conference and site tour are scheduled for April 8, 2026, and all inquiries must be submitted through the procurement portal. The work must comply with all applicable codes and coordinate with JCCC personnel and controls contractors.
