The New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) is soliciting proposals from Regional Emergency Feeding Organizations (REFOs) to provide regional administration for receiving, storing, and delivering USDA commodity foods to local emergency feeding organizations. These organizations will distribute food to eligible households and homeless shelters across New Mexico, complying with federal regulations.
