This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 12:00 PM Central Time on 1 April 2026. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
