This opportunity seeks qualified vendors to provide Medical Gas-Venting Evaluation and Monitoring services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Healthcare of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified service providers - Products/Services Requested: - Medical gas-venting evaluation and monitoring services - Environmental monitoring for hazardous chemicals and gases (quarterly and semi-annual sampling) - Annual inspection, repairs, and certification of piped medical gas systems (alarms, source equipment, valves, connectors, outlets) - Medical gas maintenance training for up to 5 VA employees (annual, by certified instructor) - Emergency and unscheduled medical gas system repairs (per repair action up to $25,000) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must hold ASSE 6020 and ASSE 6030 certifications - Compliance with NFPA 99, NFPA 55, OSHA 1910.1048, and VA PG1810 standards - Capability for emergency repairs and minimal disruption to facility operations - Annual training must be provided by an instructor with ASSE Certificate 6030 or higher - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years; work during regular business hours (excluding federal holidays) - Place of Performance: - Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, 1100 N.
