The upgrade includes installation of a 98" interactive 4K touch display on a motorized lift, AV-over-IP matrix, wireless presentation support, 4K PTZ video conferencing camera, ceiling microphone array, DSP audio processing with ceiling speakers, and a wall-mounted touch control panel. The vendor is responsible for design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, and training. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2026, and responses are due by April 2, 2026.
